Sales and delivery conditions

Below you will find useful information in connection with using online booking. Among other things, you can read about how we process your entered information, and how you receive your receipt in connection with a purchase, etc.

Prices and payment

All prices stated in Kristiansand Feriesenter's online booking system are, like everywhere else on the website, stated in Norwegian kroner including VAT and all taxes, unless otherwise stated and clearly stated in the current situation.

Payment is made by using one of the approved payment cards/credit cards in online booking, including Visa, Mastercard and Diners. There is no charge for trading that takes place through online booking. The amount is deducted when ordering.

Information about trading on the Internet

You can safely shop on the Internet through our online booking system. As a consumer, you are basically protected against any misuse of your credit card online and there is therefore no deductible for misuse of your payment card via the Internet.
Credit card details are entered on a secure encrypted page with SSL.

The age limit for purchases via our website is 18 years.

Shipping and delivery

When booking and paying for a cabin/apartment, mobile home, tent or caravan, you will be presented with a confirmation from Kristiansand Feriesenter, where the details of your purchase appear. The confirmation can be printed from the website after the booking has been completed, and it is also sent via e-mail immediately after the purchase, if the correct e-mail address has been provided by the buyer.

Delivery of the ordered product takes place on arrival at Kristiansand Feriesenter on the day of arrival (and ends on departure on the day of departure). Both of these times are stated in the above confirmation.

Right of withdrawal and refund

You have the option to cancel your booking under the following conditions:


If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, you will be reimbursed the full amount except for an administration fee of NOK 500.


If you cancel less than 30 days and more than 14 days before arrival, you can get half of the amount refunded.


If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival, you will lose the entire amount paid.


Registration of information

Kristiansand Feriesenter registers your name, your address, your e-mail and other information given in connection with the purchase in its customer register. The information is not passed on, but Kristiansand Feriesenter keeps the registration for 5 years. The information is stored in the system in accordance with Norwegian law.

Kristiansand Feriesenter uses server-side cookies and a secure connection to create security for the information you provide on the page.

When paying by credit card, registration takes place via a secure server, where the information is encrypted before being sent over the Internet.

Complaint processing

If for some reason you do not receive confirmation of your purchase, and you have not received an error message from the system, you can write to the address below or call our telephone number.

Complaints about the booking process, the booking itself or the product (the stay) must be made within a reasonable time, after you have discovered the error or should have discovered the error during a general review of your confirmation. You can complain in writing or orally. One year after receipt of the goods (stay), the right to complain ceases, unless otherwise agreed.

When Kristiansand Feriesenter receives your complaint about a product or service, the complaint is processed as soon as possible. Kristiansand Feriesenter will decide whether the item should be refunded, exchanged or whether a price discount should be given.
