Below you will find useful information in connection with use of online booking. Among other things, you can read about how we handle your information, and how you receive your receipt in connection with your purchase.

Prices and Payment

All prices are shown on Kristiansand Holiday Centre’s online booking system and website stated in Norwegian Kroner, including VAT and all fees unless otherwise stated and clearly shown in the current situation.

Payment is made by using an approved debit card/credit card in online booking, either Visa, Mastercard and Diners. There is no fee for trading that takes place through online booking. The amount is deducted when ordering.

Information About Trading on the Internet

You can trade safely on the Internet through our online booking system. You, as a consumer, are basically secured in relation to any possible misuse of your credit card online and therefore there is no risk for debit card misuse via the Internet.

Credit card details are entered on a secure encrypted page with SSL.

The age limit for purchases via our website is 18 years old.

Shipment and Delivery

You will, when booking and paying for a cabin/apartment, motorhome, tent or caravan, receive a confirmation from Kristiansand Holiday Centre, where the details of your purchase are presented. The confirmation can be printed from the website after booking, and it will also be sent by email immediately after purchase, is the correct email address is entered by the buyer.

Delivery of the ordered product takes place on arrival at Kristiansand Holiday Centre on the day of arrival (and ends upon the day of departure at check-out). Both of these times are stated in the above confirmation.

Registration of Information

Kristiansand Holiday Centre registers your name, address, e-mail, and other information provided in connection with your purchase, in its customer register. The information is not disclosed, but Kristiansand Holiday Centre retains your registration for 5 years. Information is stored in the system according to Norwegian Law.

Kristiansand Holiday Centre uses server-side cookies and a secure connection to create the security of the information you provide on the site.

When paying by credit card, the registration is done via a secure server, where the information in encrypted before being sent over the Internet.

Claims Management

If for some reason you do not receive confirmation of your purchase and you have not received and error message from the system, you can write to the address below or call our phone number.

Complaints about the booking process, the booking itself or the product (stay) shall take place within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error or should have discovered the error when reviewing your confirmation. You can complain in writing or orally. One year after the receipt of the goods (the stay) the right to appeal ceases, unless otherwise agreed.

When Kristiansand Holiday Centre receives your complaint about a product or service, the complaint is processed as soon as possible. Kristiansand Holiday Centre will decide whether the goods will be refunded, exchanged or if a price discount is to be given.
