When you choose to stay at a campsite, you live close together and there will be many different people together. It will be nicer for everyone when you show consideration for others and follow the rules for camping.

Reserve a place

We recommend everyone to reserve a place with us in advance. Both cabin, apartment, room, camping and tent.
Arrival
-
The campsite is closed with a barrier. This closes automatically every evening at 2300. It opens again at 0700. If you have to go out at night, it opens when you drive towards the barrier.

You get an access code to the barrier when you book your stay.

The code is keyed in at the barrier upon arrival. For the rest of the stay, the barrier will be opened automatically (number plate recognition).

For cabin, room or apartment: Key and bed linen available at reception.

For camping: Drive directly to your pitch to avoid queues at reception.

For tents: contact the reception for the allocation of space.
Check in

Cabins, apartments and rooms: from 4–11 pm (call us if you arrive after 11 pm).

Camping: from 12.
Check out

Cabins, apartments and rooms: no later than 11. The key is delivered at reception and you also pay here for your electricity consumption.

Camping: no later than 12. You are automatically checked out when you drive out the barrier.

Linen

It is compulsory to rent bed linen for those of you who live in our accommodation units

Laundry and electricity

It is mandatory to pay for laundry in our housing units.

Electricity is not included in the daily rent. You pay for your own consumption when camping, while in cabins and apartments you pay a fixed price of NOK. NOK 100 per day and night.

OOverhead cable for power poles for caravans and motorhomes can be brought with you or can be purchased from us during reception opening hours.
Emptying station and water filling

Emptying point for waste water and WC for mobile home can be found by the garage to the east of the area,Check area map

NB! It is important that nothing but what should be in the camping toilets is thrown away. For example, not wet wipes.
Sanitary facilities, kitchen and laundry room

We have 3 sanitary facilities, 2 communal kitchens and several laundry rooms.

Payment for the use of the shower, cooker, washing machine and tumble dryer is paid by card at the various units.

Fire distances

It should be mine. 3 meters between you and your neighbour. It is therefore important that you adhere to marked places.

When parking or placing equipment that is in breach of fire distance regulations, we reserve the right to ask units to move or remove items.

Open fires (fires) are not allowed on the camping site, this includes fire pans and fire baskets.

Disposable grills are not permitted. We have two grills in Hagekroa, you bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid.

There is one parking space per housing unit

For tents, you park in designated places. Unfortunately, it is not possible to park next to the tent as our tent areas are car-free.

If there is a need for more than one parking space, you must park outside the barrier. This is also free, BUT the car must be registered at reception.

Letding of a car is only allowed on oneof our 4 charging points at reception (and not on the charging posts or other contacts).
Waste

Sapple tins/sortsing can be found at reception, and out in the area. Help us keep the area clean and tidy.

We have sorting for glass/metal, cardboard/paper, batteries etc. and residual waste
Grilling

Barbecues/hot objects must not be placed on the lawn, use the gravel road or ensure enough distance from the barbecue down to the grass, feel with your hand if it is getting hot on the grass – help us keep the lawn nice.

Alcohol and drugs

We do not sell alcohol, and visible enjoyment of alcohol or intoxication is not permitted on the premises.

Excessive partying and noise will lead to expulsion from the area.
Dogs and other four-legged friends
-
Thedogs/cats are allowed on the campsite and in some of our accommodation units, but it is important that your animal is not a nuisance to other guests. Show consideration for others, and remember that not all guests appreciate animals as much as you do.
